OTIS – June 10th
Imagine if this was your Prom photo–scratch that, imagine if this guy was your Prom date. Talk about f*cked up… if it were, going on a murderous rampage would make a lot of sense. The latest on the Raw Feed label has a dude who likes to kill, who likes to disco, and who likes wearing really ugly blue suites. Director Tony Krantz also gave us the STD SUBLIME, which had (overall) positive buzz behind it. Maybe there will be a winner in this ‘loser’ after all.

THE COTTAGE – May 13th
When a movie features the ridiculously hot Jennifer Ellison, you would think she’d be on the cover promoting the damn thing, if nothing else than standing there and showing off mass amounts of cleavage. Apparently I’m the only a-hole out there who feels this way, because she’s nowhere to be found on the cover. The killer is looking badass enough, but as it’s a comedy/horror, it seems a bit misleading–as if it’s ‘hardcore.’ Regardless, the tag line works, and Ellison and her boobies are featured on the back cover, so at least some is forgiven.
The Goods:
THE CHAIR – May 27th
Talk about an uncomfortable piece of furniture! Only an electric chair of this magnitude would be scary enough, and strike enough fear in people to devote an entire movie to the horrors that surround it. Bravo! It worked–this chair has me scared shitless! But could this work with any other piece of furniture? Would you think ‘horror’ if a movie was called THE COUCH, or THE COFFEE TABLE, or even THE DESK? No. Not so much.
The Goods:
EYE OF THE BEAST – April 1st
It’s been a long time since ‘Dawson’s Creek,’ and yet James Van Der Beek is still rockin’ and rollin’, making movies left and right. Of course, the movies happen to be STD horror flicks, but you know what? At least he’s found his niche. And if you haven’t seen THE PLAGUE, I suggest you do–it’s not half bad! This BEAST looks like a blast, as monsters with tentacles ripping bodies apart screams good times in my book–seriously, nice f*cking cover! And when was the last time a monster movie really rocked your world? I mean, really? Exactly. Dawson’s Creek is here to lead the way.
The Goods:
DUST AND DEATH –TBA – Because it stars AITH’s Mistress of the Week Eva Zekova! What more do you need?
GRIZZY RAGE –May 6th – Because it’s about a killer bear. How scary is that???
CLEAN – June 3rd – Because our man Andre is quoted on the cover from his REVIEW! Nice f*cking work!
