I AM LEGEND: UTLIMATE COLLECTOR’S EDITION – November 18th
Well that didn’t take long. Just in time for it’s one year theatrical anniversary, Warner Bros. is releasing The Ultimate Collector’s Edition of I AM LEGEND… not that it really needed one, but I’m sure they’ll be able to sell a copy of two come Christmas time. Some cool crap in this package, though I doubt it will change the fact that the film fell short of expectations–maybe the comics and the sketch book will make up for that.
The Goods:
TRANSSIBERIAN – November 4th
The more I’ve heard about TRANSSIBERIAN the more I’ve wanted to check it out. Alas, I missed it in the theaters, but it looks like I won’t have to wait long to be able to check it out on DVD. Wood Harrelson is one awesome dude as I’ve always been a fan of the guy ever since ‘Cheers.’ Then, of course, his role as Mickey in NATURAL BORN KILLERS, and the fact that he came and talked at my school about how awesome it is to smoke weed. He may have said something else, but that’s all I really took away from it. What’s not to love about that guy???
The Goods:
RAW FEED HORROR COLLECTION – December 9th
Raw Feed’s relatively new, so color me surprised that the label already has enough flicks to warrant a horror collection of their own–nice work! Though, sad to say, I haven’t seen any of the flicks in the collection, and now that I can get them all in one place, I really won’t have an excuse come December when this beast comes out. Sure, it missed the Halloween mark by a few months, but horror fans celebrate Christmas too, right?

CHARMED: THE COMPLETE SERIES –November 18th – Because this 8 season box set consists of 49 discs (!), all featuring Rose McGowan!
STANLEY: SPECIAL EDITION –October 21st – Because it’s about a killer snake named Stanley… doesn’t he sound nice?
ALIEN – PREDATOR: TOTAL DESTRUCTION COLLECTION – October 14th – Because this collections features all 8 ALIEN, PREDATOR, and ALIEN VS PREDATOR films in one package. Why build your collection when you can just buy it in one boxed set?
