VINYAN – April 7th
I’ve heard a lot of interesting things about VINYAN, mostly along the lines of what a crazy jungle movie it is. And you know what crazy jungle movies entails, don’t you? Cannibalistic natives, man-eating tigers, and probably an insane chimp or two. I’ve always been a fan or Rufus here, since DARK CITY anyway, so it’s cool to see him back at it. In the jungle or otherwise.

S. DARKO: A DONNIE DARKO TALE – April 28th
Why, why, why, why, why? Really? Why? What the f*ck is this shite? When I first heard they were doing a spin-off of DONNIE DARKO, focusing on his little sister, I was pretty neutral on the whole idea. Could be cool, I thought. Then they went straight to DVD. Ok, not so cool, but you know, I could still give it a chance. Then they tagged on A DONNIE DARKO TALE, and that’s when I completely lost it. Does it really need that subtitle? Somehow slapping that in there makes this movie feel cheep and desperate. Like a whore. And I don’t want to watch something that’s gonna make me feel like a whore. Eff that.

THE BURROWERS – April 21st.
Wester horror movies seem to be a dime a dozen these days, but THE BURROWERS is the diamond in the rough. It’s been on the horizon for quite some time now, and everything about it is pointing to awesome. Plus, check out this cover. Horsemen riding into the sunset. A decaying skull under the surface… well, ok, maybe it doesn’t look amazing, but trust me… this is gonna be a sweet ride, I know it. And if I’m wrong… well, sue me.

TWILIGHT ULTIMATE COLLECTOR’S SET – May 5th
For all you TWILIGHT fans out there with Blu-Ray, prepare to cream your jeans once again. The first Blu-Ray disc wasn’t enough, so now they’re coming out with this Ultimate Edition with all sorts of other TWILIGHT crap to fill your house with. I know you’ve been dying for that Jewelry Box, and who couldn’t use a TWILIGHT watch, right? But me, the money lies in the limited edition CHARM BRACELET! F*ck the rest of this shit, just get me that charm bracelet!
