Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart circling Sony’s Jumanji remake

Years ago, while Dwayne Johnson was hanging off the edge of a cliff in a mysterious jungle, he discovered a hidden cave which had been carved right into the rock. Upon entering the cave he found a petrified gourd containing several drops of a green liquid pooled at the bottom. As he had been without liquid for many months, he promptly downed the contents of the gourd and made his way back to society. It was then that he began to notice that his need for sleep was steadily decreasing, until finally, he was able to work all through the day and all through the night. That may sound like a tall tale but it's likely the only explanation for how Dwayne Johnson is able to take on all the projects he does.

Dwayne Johnson may be set to add yet another project to his slate as Variety reports that both Johnson and the equally hard-working Kevin Hart are circling Sony's remake of JUMANJI. Talks are still in the early stage as both actors have very busy schedules on their plates, but Variety's insiders say that things are moving towards a deal. Replacing the late Robin Williams, who starred in the original film, would be a tough act for anyone to follow but Sony is hoping that Johnson and Hart will be up to the task. JUMANJI will be directed by Jake Kasdan (BAD TEACHER) from a script by Scott Rosenberg and Jeff Pinkner and is set for a July 28, 2017 release.

Kevin Hart and Dwayne Johnson will be starring together in the upcoming CENTRAL INTELLIGENCE, which see's Bob Stone (Dwayne Johnson), a one-time bullied overweight geek who grew up to be a lethal CIA agent, coming home for his high school reunion and enlisting the help of the former "big man on campus" (Kevin Hart). CENTRAL INTELLIGENCE is set for a July 17, 2016 release.
