You can always count on Dwayne Johnson to keep his fans up to date on his latest projects, including his upcoming remake/sequel of JUMANJI. It's been a week since production on the Jake Kasdan film got underway and we got our first look at Jack Black as Professor Shelly Oberon, Kevin Hart as Moose Finbar, Karen Gillan as Ruby Roundhouse and Dwayne Johnson as Dr. Smolder Bravestone. I'd actually forgotten that Nick Jonas will also have a part to play in JUMANJI, but Johnson took a little time out to remind us of his involvement while revealing the first look at Jonas in costume.
No word on the identity of Nick Jonas' character but just based on his costuming, he may have more than a little in common with Dwayne Johnson's character. JUMANJI is set for a July 28, 2017 release.
