The days of simply watching a gang of idiots abuse themselves for our pleasure and play pranks on the unsuspecting public are over, now we need to watch a gang of idiots abuse themselves for our pleasure and play pranks on the unsuspecting public with a plot! A new red-band trailer for BAD TRIP has been released, which follows two best friends, played by Eric Andre and Lil Rel Howery, as they head out on a cross-country road trip full of hilarious, inventive pranks, which pull the real-life audience into the mayhem. Unfortunately, Lil Rey Howery's incarcerated sister, played by Tiffany Haddish, breaks out of prison and is hot on their tails after learning that the pair have borrowed her beloved car.
Given how freaked out so many people are due to global concerns which I need not mention, the simple pleasures of watching Eric Andre accidentally stick his hand in a blender or getting his clothes sucked off by a vacuum might be just what we need; assuming theaters actually remain open and the release of the film isn't pushed back. We're all going to die, aren't we?
BAD TRIP will hit theaters on April 17, 2020.
