After the surprise success – and good quality – of 21 JUMP STREET, Jonah Hill and Channing Tatum are back to defy expectations with 22 JUMP STREET, a sequel that knows it’s a sequel and goes out of its way to hammer that point home. Thankfully, this is no HANGOVER 2: 22 JUMP STREET is flat-out hilarious, and pretty much on par with the first. No easy feat, but it’s mostly thanks to the great chemistry and palpable friendship between Hill and Tatum’s alter egos, Schmidt and Jenko, not to mention the actors in real life.
In the below interview we talk their approach to following up their unexpected hit, re-teaming with directors Chris Miller and Phil Lord, and building a creative atmosphere on set.
