Exclusive: St. Agatha clip features an intense confrontation with a nun

I was already looking forward to director Darren Lynn Bousman's nunsploitation film ST. AGATHA, which is getting a February 8th theatrical, VOD, and Digital HD release courtesy of Uncork'd Entertainment, then our own JimmyO gave the movie an 8/10 review and boosted my anticipation even further.

Written by  Andy Demetrio, Shaun Fletcher, Sara Sometti Michaels, and Clint Sears, ST. AGATHA has the following synopsis:

It's the 1950's in small town Georgia, a pregnant con woman on the run seeks refuge in a convent hidden in deafening isolation. What first starts out as the perfect place to have a child turns into a dark layer where silence is forced, ghastly secrets are masked, and every bit of will power Agatha has is tested. She soon learns the sick and twisted truth of the convent and the Odd people that lurk inside its halls. Agatha must now find a way to discover the unyielding strength needed to escape and save her baby before she's caged behind these walls forever.

Sabrina Kern, Carolyn Hennesy, Courtney Halverson, Lindsay Seim, Trin Miller, Seth Michaels, and Hannah Fierman star.

While we wait the last couple days before we'll have our chance to watch ST. AGATHA, today we have an EXCLUSIVE clip from the film that provides a minute and a half long look at a scene in which a banged-up Agatha (who doesn't seem to like that name) confronts the convent's Mother Superior… and has a tough time keeping the upper hand in the situation.

It's quite an intense moment, and I have a feeling that Mother Superior is really going to trouble me when I watch the full movie.

Check out the clip below, and get ready to watch ST. AGATHA on February 8th.
