Exclusive: New The Predator spot proves the humans are totally screwed

In this world of ours, there are predators and prey, and human beings are often able to avoid being the prey of the hunting predators of the world. The highly-anticipated new entry in the series debuted at TIFF last week and our own Chris Bumbray gave it solid marks as a fun, bloody flick from Shane Black. The movie certainly looks like a gory, brutal, and relentlessly entertaining romp that finds Boyd Holbrook, Olivia Munn, Sterling K. Brown, Keegan-Michael Key, Trevante Rhodes, Alfie Allen and Thomas Jane at the mercy of the alien hunter.

As well, 20th Century Fox has partnered with Instagram to offer a “Predator View” lens that allows followers of the movie’s account to feel like the Predator itself and take thermal-vision pics. This is the first time a movie studio has partnered with the social media app, and you can check out the Predator lens in action when it was used on the cast and crew of the movie on the red carpet at TIFF. Something tells me they’re used to being at the mercy of thermal vision.

THE PREDATOR is in theaters September 14.
