I have to admit I’m a big fan of the contest and the show. Sure they’ve fallen short with the first two flicks, though THE BATTLE OF SHAKER HEIGHTS was a notable improvement over STOLEN SUMMER, but the important thing is that they’re trying. Also we get a horror flick this time which, based on getting their investment back and working in a limited budget, only makes sense.
Add to that the fact FEAST sounds like a genuinely good time – bar patrons holed up against mean beasties outside – I’ve got a lot of hope for this season. Even when the movies fail, the TV show itself is like Hollywood Filmmaking 101. So you budding auteurs out there should pay attention.
And let’s not forget that Krista Allen is in it. Ahhh the gorgeous, cool, and talented Krista Allen. Yay!
