Film4 FrightFest Lineup

Yesterday Film4 went ahead and released the lineup for it’s annual FRIGHTFEST. What is FRIGHTFEST? Well it’s ‘The UK’s leading fantasy & horror film festival’ according to it’s website. If they’re previous lineups were anything like this one I can see why!

This year’s fest is PACKED with solid looking genre flicks. I can’t wait to check out most of these flicks and I can gurantee neither can you! Don’t believe me? Film4’s FRIGHTFEST’s lineup includes highly anticipated genre romps like TRICK R TREAT, PONTYPOOL, THE HORDE, I SELL THE DEAD, DEAD SNOW, THE HOUSE OF THE DEVIL, CASE 39 and THE DESCENT: PART 2! Not to mention lesser known but cool looking genre flicks COLIN, INFESTATION, HEARTLESS, SMASH CUT, ZOMBIE WOMEN OF SATAN, GIALLO, TRIANGLE and THE HILLS RUN READ. Other flicks heading to FRIGHTFEST include DEADWALKERS, THE HORSEMAN, BEWARE THE MOON, AN AMERICAN WEREWOLF IN LONDON – REMASTERED, SHADOW, MACABRE, PARIS BY NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD, BEST WORST MOVIE, I THINK WE’RE ALONE NOW, BLACK, HIERRO, MILLENNIUM, THE HORROR OF WRITING COMPETITION, EVIL THINGS, FRAGMENT, IT’S ALIVE, VAMPIRE GIRL VERSUS FRANKENSTEIN GIRL, SAD CASE, HUMAN CENTIPEDE, COFFIN ROCK, NIGHT OF THE DEMONS, CLIVE BARKER’S DREAD, and 100 BEST DEATHS.

There you go folks. That’s the entire lineup. The fest runs from August 27th through the 31st at The Empire Cinema in Leicester Square, London.
