Final trailer and posters for the latest ‘paranormal’ movie Paranormal Effect

When movies like PARANORMAL ACTIVITY make it big, expect to see a shitload of copycats to emerge out of the woodworks. Nothing spells success like seeing numerous films released blatantly ripping you off.

Case in point is PARANORMAL EFFECT, from directors Ryuichi Asano and Teruo Ito, which is now available either on DVD or Video On Demand via Amazon and other such providers. As you can see from the posters and the final trailer below, the film is pretty much PARANORMAL ACTIVITY, but in a different setting, with more locations than just someone’s house. Other than that… it could possibly act as a remake.

Officially though, PARANORMAL EFFECT goes like this: Discover what happened to Reiko and Darren, a Japanese-American couple
whose trip to Japan turned into a nightmare when an unstoppable wrath
was unleashed upon them.
