First look at Kiefer Sutherland and Mary Lynn Rajskub on the set of 24: Live Another Day!

Fans of 24 rejoice! Jack and Chloe are back as production is underway on the next installment of the returning series in 24: Live Another Day. Currently shooting in London, we now have a look at our main stars, all decked out and settled back into their bloody and bruised characters on set, where both Kiefer Sutherland and Mary Lynn Rajskub are obviously in some type of confrontation that involves a toppled car on fire with plenty of London-themed motifs in there to make sure you know they're in London, including the red telephone booth's and a British flag design on the overturned Mini Cooper cab.

Take a gander:

Here's the synopsis:

Set and shot in London, the suspenseful event series once again will follow the exploits of heroic agent Jack Bauer (Sutherland), as he attempts to thwart an unthinkable terrorist attack that could change the world forever. Retaining the real-time, nail-biting, fast-paced format with split screens and interweaving storylines, the highly-anticipated series also stars Mary Lynn Rajskub ("Firewall"), Kim Raver ("Revolution") and William Devane ("The Dark Knight Rises") reprising their original roles. Newcomers to the drama series include Yvonne Strahovski ("Dexter"), Giles Matthey ("Jobs"), Gbenga Akinnagbe ("The Wire"), Michael Wincott ("The Crow") and Academy Award nominee and Golden Globe Award winner Judy Davis ("Life with Judy Garland").

I'm possibly a little more excited for this than I should be. As someone who had high hopes to see 24 transition to the big screen, I find that I'm now just happy to see these characters back on the small one. It's Sutherland's signature role and he owns the shit out of it, so it's cool to see him back doing what he does best; which is pretty much yelling at people for information while pointing a gun at them. It never gets old.

24: Live Another Day debuts with a special two-hour television event Monday, May 5, 2014 at 8:00-10:00 PM ET/PT, and makes its time period premiere the following week on Monday, May 12, 2014 at 9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT.
