I’m talking about a project heading our way from Fox 2000 based on the book series THE SECRET JOURNEYS OF JACK LONDON. The studio have already hired scribe John Collee with the task of adapting this thing for the big screen but what you want to know is the rundown for THE SECRET JOURNEYS, don’t you? Of course you do. In THE SECRET JOURNEYS OF JACK LONDON, the young Jack London, driven by the thrill of adventure and the promise of gold, sets off on a journey to the Yukon at the end of the 19th century and he faces obstacles such as raging rivers, dog-sled races and villainous prospectors, while discovering something much more sinister and mysterious waiting for him deep within the frozen woods.
See what I mean? This thing claims to be a supernatural thriller but it’s feeling like a regular old adventure tale to me. Time will tell just how supernatural this thing turns out to be. Heck, if any of you guys our there had the chance to read THE SECRET JOURNEYS OF JACK LONDON be a sport and spit some bullets below to let us know if this thing is going to fit in around these parts. Man I hope so.
No telling when production will start on this adventure romp but now that a scribe is hard at work on the script my guess is we’ll be hearing more updates on THE SECRET JOURNEYS OF JACK LONDON sooner rather than later.
