Frank goes 12″

Before Jake Gyllenhaal started getting romantic with Heath Ledger, he was in a little indie movie. You might remember it. It’s called DONNIE DARKO. It was about a guy named Donnie who time travels and has visions of a demonic rabbit named Frank. A good film, though a little confusing if you haven’t read ‘The Philosophy of Time Travel’.

Anyways, NECA released a figure of Frank for their Cult Classics line a while back, and now with word of another wave of figures on the horizon, NECA decided to go the deluxe route and will be releasing a 12″ version of Frank next month. Like other 12″ figures NECA has done, Frank will have Motion Activated Sound, and will say the words of wisdom that Donnie had to listen to when he thought he was going insane. To top it off, the figure includes an awesome base for display. Imagine having this dude on the shelf with other 12″ figures like Pinhead or Freddy? Certainly not wise for someone who wakes up in the middle of the night to take a leak.
