The dudes over at Ropes of Silicon have gotten their Christmas mits on a bunch of brand new FRED CLAUS clips. On the one hand, it’s nice to see a Christmas movie where I don’t have to watch Tim Allen for two hours, but on the other I have to think that pretty much everybody involved in this film could be doing better. I’m gonna be honest, the clips don’t exactly do much to change my opinion on that and I know that’s not exactly the way to sell them to you, but I’d like to think we have a trusting relationship, you and I. You can head on over and check those out over HERE. The film centers on Fred (Vince Vaughn), Santa’s (Paul Giamatti) older, bitter brother, who has to move back to the north pole. Kevin Spacey, Miranda Richardson and Elizabeth Banks co-star. Rachel Weisz also plays a part, hopefully as some kind of hot, under-appreciated and under-dressed elf.
