Friedberg and Seltzer

Just when I had finally forgotten about the existence of “movies” like VAMPIRES SUCK, DATE MOVIE, and MEET THE SPARTANS, writer/director pair Jason Friedberg and Aaron Seltzer went ahead and announced that they’ll be shooting THE STARVING GAMES in the near future after international distribution rights are sold at Cannes Film Festival.

But don’t worry, it won’t just be THE HUNGER GAMES that will receive the mighty spoof treatment – you’ll also be able to see mock-renditions of plot points and characters from THE AVENGERS, SHERLOCK HOLMES: A GAME OF SHADOWS, and HARRY POTTER AND THE DEATHLY HALLOWS: PART 2.

Filmming is set to begin soon.  And this article is going to end right now.
