The lucky bastards at IESB scored the opportunity to check out some footage from Zack Snyder’s upcoming speem-fest 300, and the report is: it looks f*cking amazing! Not that we really needed confirmation, especially after watching the trailer, but it’s always nice to hear when a movie that actually looks good in the trailer keeps on looking good.
Case in point is the artwork book IESB acquired from Dark Horse, which features the artwork and other sweet images from the film. If checking out a gaggle of images from this flick sounds like your cup of tea, then today is your lucky day!
Not only are we treated to images like the one above, but we get concept art, storyboards and a shot of some bad looking mofo in the middle of an orgy. Good shit. I for one can’t wait for this release, and even have found myself getting chills just by watching the trailer when the dude yells “Tonight we dine in hell!” and every time they scream “SPARTA!!!”- damn, just writing that gave me goosebumps.
