Gangster Squad scribe Will Beall will take on the Justice League movie

Oh man, oh man, oh man does this guy have a huge task in front of him.

So turns out that while Marvel was shooting THE AVENGERS, Warner Brothers hired Will Beall to script the JUSTICE LEAGUE movie. Beall is currently a favorite over at the studio having written GANGSTER SQUAD and soon, remakes for LOGAN’S RUN and LETHAL WEAPON.

Obviously, Warner Bros. will not confirm or deny the news. But what is the probability of this happening? Haven’t they been trying to get this shit together for a hundred years now (or at least that’s what it feels like)? Beall has yet to turn in a script for the film so we still have time to remain skeptical.

While I think a JUSTICE LEAGUE movie would be great, at the same time, I don’t really care anymore if they put one out or not.
