According to MovieHole writer/director Amanda Gusack has signed on blonde hottie Melissa George to star in the upcoming torture porn CAPTIVE. Yes, CAPTIVE. Not CAPTIVITY. And yes, Melissa George, not Elisha Cuthbert. See the differences yet? How about the plot:
The happily married mother of a 6 year old boy, Jaime Taylor regains consciousness after a bad car accident and finds herself being held captive in a remote waterfront warehouse by the mysterious Vince, a masked killer whose shocking revelations are about to turn her formerly safe and orderly existence upside down.
Ah. So the big difference here is that the chick held captive is a mom, and there’s no weird love triangle going on. Wow. Yep. I really needed this story told this way and not the other. Really, I did. I can’t wait. Really. I can’t.
