Get a look at The Predator’s new Predator hound courtesy of Funko Pop!

With less than a month to go until the release of Shane Black's THE PREDATOR, Funko has revealed several of the upcoming POP! vinyl figures based upon the film, which includes the Predator Hounds! We've seen similar creatures in Nimrod Antal's PREDATORS, but the one's featured in Black's film will be a little different as they've used pit-bulls as their main inspiration. Along with the various Predator Hounds, the POP! figures also include masked and unmasked versions of the fugitive Predator (along with a chrome version), the assassin Predator, and Jacob Tremblay's character wearing a Predator mask.

Check them out below!

Visual effects supervisor Jonathan Rothbart has previously said that the Predator Hounds will share a number of visual similarities with their masters. "We were trying to stay away from matching any previous design on them. So we try to keep it where at least we have some familiar aspects to the dogs that you can bring back to the Predators," Rothbart said. "Such as, they have some level of dreads to them. And their mouths are not the same as a Predator mouth, but they do have that kind of distended jaw a little bit. It doesn’t open sideways like that, but it still has some similarities, just to keep it in the same realm. The skin tones have some similarities as well."

The official synopsis for THE PREDATOR:

From the outer reaches of space to the small-town streets of suburbia, the hunt comes home in Shane Black’s explosive reinvention of the Predator series. Now, the universe’s most lethal hunters are stronger, smarter and deadlier than ever before, having genetically upgraded themselves with DNA from other species. When a young boy accidentally triggers their return to Earth, only a ragtag crew of ex-soldiers and a disgruntled science teacher can prevent the end of the human race.

THE PREDATOR will hit theaters on September 14, 2018.
