So the folks over at “Bloody Disgusting” recently dropped quite the surprising bomb – that Sony/Columbia is officially moving forward with a sequel to the comic book adapted GHOST RIDER in which Nicolas Cage starred as the flame-headed bounty hunter for the Devil Johnny Blaze. Apparently, they’re currently recruiting writers and Cage is already on board to reprise his role. The only thing’s that’s a little off about this scoop is the fact that BD mentions the film was a “smash-hit”. It may have made some decent money at the domestic and international box office but “smash-hit”? That seems a bit much. Either way, it seems this thing is either officially on or on its way to be on so go ahead and strike back any and all thoughts below.
Ghost Rider sequel?
