Next up we’ve got an awesome looking series of figures based on Arnold Schwarzenegger’s T-800 from TERMINATOR 2: JUDGEMENT DAY. That’s right baby! All T-800 all the time! No T-1000 in site. Normally this would be a bad thing… but when you see these figures you’ll be wondering what the big deal is with Robert Patrick’s T-1000.
The figures are coming our way thanks to NECA and as you can see above and directly below the series holds three different figures. Each figure stands at 7” and bears a striking resemblance to California govenor Arnold Schwarzenegger.
First up we’ve got the Man or Machine T-800. This figure boasts a ball-jointed neck and shoulders, as well as swivel biceps, waist and boots, and a pistol. Score this beautiful bastard for $13. Next up you’ll find the Pescadero Escape T-800, which comes with a ball-jointed neck, shoulders, elbows and wrists and is packing heat in the form of a Winchester Shotgun. Pick this one up for $14 – $17. And lastly we have the always popular Endoskeleton. This bad boy has a newly tooled head and improved articulation, with over 20 moving parts and a Plasma Rifle accessory. You can get this guy for $13 – $20. Now I think it’s worth noting that this is only Series 1! So be on the lookout for other updates!

Way back in January I told you about Series 3 of the GEARS OF WAR line of figures from NECA. Well it’s been a good four months so now I’m here today to tell you about Series 4!
First up we’ve got a couple combo releases. Above you’ll find the Locust HIVE Boxed Set and below you can see the RAAM vs. Kim Two-Pack. The Locust set includes four figures with improved articulation and interchangeable heads and helmets. For the first time you can have your Locust sport the heads of the Locust Bolter and Sniper Helmet from GEARS OF WAR 2! The boxed set also comes with a load of weapons including the Longshot Sniper Rifle, Hammerbust Assault Rifle, Hammerburst 2.0 Assault Rifle, Lancer Assault Rifle, Gnasher Shotgun and Boltok Pistols.
Next up we’ve got one of the most memorable scenes from GEARS OF WAR. It has Delta Squad Lieutenant Minh Young Kim getting impaled by the game’s head bad guy Locust General RAAM. This is the first time either figure is released and they both stand at 7”. They also include a Troika, Lancer and Knife straight out of the game!
If those don’t have you excited then feast your eyes on the set of solo figures for Series 4. Below you’ll find shots of Theron Disguise Dominic Santiago, Theron Disguise Marcus Fenix, Locust Grenadier Flamethrower, Locust Grenadier Elite, and a Ticker. The Dom and Marcus figures are disguised as Therons and come straight from the ‘Road to Ruin’ mission and have interchangeable heads along with improved elbow articulation and Lancer weapons that can peg into their backs. The Locust Grenadier Elite sports a peggable Gnasher shotgun while the Locust Grenadier Flamethrower is regarded as ‘NECA’s biggest GEARS OF WAR figure yet’ and comes with a Scorcher flamethrower and fuel tank backpack. And lastly the Ticker is decked out with the classic motorized “pull-back-and-go” action.
Those Ticker’s are annoying little bastards… Anyway Series 4 is set to hit shelves late next month to coincide with the X-Box 360 ‘All Fronts Collection’ of GEARS OF WAR.
