As much as watching Project Greenlight gives the impression that the Weinstein’s act something like the Great and Powerful Oz, there is no denying the loyalty they inspire in their top tier talent. Great news for genre fans on that front, as their two most famous directorial success stories are teaming up with the brothers’ new studio.
Quentin Tarantino and Robert Rodriguez (both getting a big how’s your sister from Uma Thurman above) are going to direct two 60-minute horror segments for the movie GRIND HOUSE. Also included will be bonus content from other directors including trailers as an homage to the grind house pics of old. No word yet on what the two segements will entail.
I can’t even describe to you how happy this makes me. Typically I would try to express it through interpretive dance, but my web cam is on the fritz, so instead I’ll just let the stupidly hot Holly Valance act as the symbol of my overflowing joy.
