Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 garners a perfect score during test screening

If there was ever any doubt that GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY VOL. 2 wouldn't live up to the hype and success of the first film, prepare to have that misconception dashed as it's been reproted that, during a test screening, Marvel's scicence fiction action-adventure sequel has scored a perfect 100% with select audience members!

Not only is this percentage extremeley rare (if not unheard of), GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY VOL. 2 tested even higher than IRON MAN 3 and AVENGERS when screened for a theater full of eager fans. Now, it's a known fact that many test audience attendees are gathered at random, with most of them being culled from the local super market or shopping mall scene. Marvel on the other hand, has a different way of going about this process, by organizing what they like to refer to as "friends and family" screening arrangements. Some might be quick to precieve this method as unbalanced, but let me remind you that often times it's those who are closest to us that turn out to be our harshest critics.

The crux of it is that, by inviting a very selective group of "known" individuals, Marvel can conceivably limit the amount of leaked comments and information that are bound to circulate after such a highly anticipated film has been seen by eager audience members. It's also to note that becuase the Marvel method of screening its film is as such, that the 100 percent score is not neccessarily applicable when compared to other non-Marvel films. The whole thing is merely a way of feeling things out, and generating some great word of mouth while they're at it.

GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY VOL. 2 stars Chris Pratt, Vin Diesel, Zoe Saldana, Chris Sullivan, Sylvester Stallone, Karen Gillan, Bradley Cooper, Kurt Russell, Nathan Fillion, Dave Bautista, Pom Klementieff, and Glenn Close.

Prepare yourself to get hooked on a feeling all over again when James Gunn’s GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY VOL. 2 blasts into theaters on April 25, 2017.
