H2 casts in Cincinnati

The week wouldn’t end right if we didn’t have a casting update from my pal and yours, Rob Zombie, regarding his next stab at filmmaking, HALLOWEEN 2, or H2. Earlier this week it was announced that the kid from the Rollover Minutes commercial was cast in the film (CHECK IT), and today… you guessed it, even more casting news!

According to his OFFICIAL BLOG, Zombie has cast WKRP IN CINCINNATI star Howard Hesseman as the Uncle Meat owner of Uncle Meat’s Java Hole. Either way you slice it, Zombie has created some interesting character names, so if the film sucks balls, at least you’ll get a kick out of watching the credits at the end.

So there you have it. More casting news from H2. Malcolm McDowell still has not been announced, but Hesseman has, and that’s all that f*cking matters today, right? That’s right. Stick around for more H2 updates as they’re announced, and keep your eye on August 28th, 2009, when H2 is scheduled to hit theaters everywhere.
