Hanna Interviews: We talk Season 3 with Mireille Enos, Esme Creed-Miles and David Farr

Based on the Joe Wright film of the same name, Hanna is a series about a young girl raised to be a Jason Bourne-like assassin. While the feature film was a Wizard of Oz-esque action extravaganza, co-writer David Farr had a much different vision for the story. Given the chance to expand his tale over three seasons, Hanna is a much more layered and involved coming-of-age story about a teenager who becomes a woman gifted with a bloodthirst she must contend with. Full of spies, double-crosses, and intense action, Hanna comes to a close with its third season which is the best of the series.

I got the chance to discuss the series and the final season of Hanna with the cast and creator. Esme Creed-Miles and Mireille Enos talked about their characters’ unique relationship as well as what it was like working with each other and the satisfaction of being a part of this story from beginning to end. Series creator David Farr talked about how the series evolved from the feature film and his experiences in telling the whole story he always wanted to convey in three acts.

Hanna‘s third and final season premieres on November 24th on Prime Video.
