With July 11th coming ever so quickly, TV spots are surfacing for HELLBOY II: THE GOLDEN ARMY, and things keep looking better and better for the sequel. Maybe now the flick will generate enough buzz and respect for it to be a hit in theaters, instead of simply gaining speed on DVD.
The new TV spot below debuted during the finale of “American Idol” the other night, and seeing as I didn’t watch that crap, I was stoked to see the spot has made it online for me (and now, all of you) to enjoy.
The announcer’s line about “these guys would be out of a job” is freakin’ great, and was an awesome touch–glad they’re having fun with this! Have a blast checking out the spot below, and get ready for HELLBOY II: THE GOLDEN ARMY in theaters July 11th.
