There’s nothing like horror remake news that will ruin your Sunday afternoon. And this week’s serenity-buster comes courtesy of news that HE KNOWS YOU’RE ALONE will be remade. In the original HE KNOWS YOU’RE ALONE, which came out in 1980, a soon to be bride is relentlessly stalked by a serial killer.
According to Bloody-Disgusting, there is no word on who might write or direct the remake of Armand Mastroianni’s film.
In addition to the plot revolving around a bride-to-be and a serial killer stalking her, there are several of the bride’s friends who meet their maker when they run into the serial killer. And all this is going on while a renegade cop, whose bride was murdered years prior, tries to hunt down the madman before it’s too late. Yup, sounds like an 80’s horror flick that was destined to be remade to me.
