X. Kane Hodder is in the house to spit a few words The Arrow’s way…
1- What’s your favorite horror movie?
The
Exorcist.
2–
You’re a very experienced stuntman. What prompted you to hop on that
bandwagon?
I
chose stunts for the excitement factor mainly. I also knew that I would never be happy in a 9 to 5 job.
3-
What’s the most dangerous stunt you’ve ever done?
I
always say that the most dangerous thing a stunt person ever does is
when we have to do a fight scene with an Actor. They always think
they are better at fighting than they really are. You’re bound to get hit.
4-
Your interpretation of Jason is different than the past Voorhees. What’s
your approach towards the part?
As
simple as it sounds, my main focus is to make Jason look NATURAL. I want it to look like I’m not acting. I’m so method that sometimes
I’m not acting at all.
5-
What kind of warm up do you do before a “Jason” scene?
Mostly I pace and growl. Sometimes I do bash things.
6-
What can we expect out of Jason X? Please don’t tell me that Jason is
gonna cry…
This
will be the best movie yet. Jason will be at his most violent.
7-
Is the movie gory? Will it offend the MPAA?
Hopefully
it will remain gory.

What’s up with Freddy vs Jason? Is it gonna happen?
F vs. J will happen eventually.
9-
Is it hard for you to muster up the aggressivity when you play old
hockey puss?
Acting
violent is very easy for me.
10-
You’re stranded on a deserted island. What CD, flick, girl and
beverage would you bring?
Lame
question.
11-
What’s the weirdest fan reaction you’ve ever had upon meeting you?
Probably
the woman who hugged me and then promptly fainted. Maybe I squeezed too hard.
12-
What do you do when you’re not hacking people into little pieces?
Nothing
violent or dangerous. Enough of that at work.
13-
Of all four Friday flicks you’ve been in, which one are you most
proud?
Believe
it or not, it will be Jason X. I had more creative input.
