NBC's Dracula series has a premiere date

NBC officially announced a premiere date for their "Dracula" TV series which will start on Friday, October 25th at 10:00pm. Right now the series is getting a limited run of just 10 episodes, but depending on ratings and what not we could easily get more seasons of "Dracula" to sink our teeth into. The trailer is pretty damn convincing and Jonathan Rhys Meyers suits the role perfectly. We'll definitely be giving this one a chance, what about you guys?

It's the late 19th century, and the mysterious Dracula has arrived in London, posing as an American entrepreneur who wants to bring modern science to Victorian society. He's especially interested in the new technology of electricity, which promises to brighten the night - useful for someone who avoids the sun. But he has another reason for his travels: he hopes to take revenge on those who cursed him with immortality centuries earlier. Everything seems to be going according to plan... until he becomes infatuated with a woman who appears to be a reincarnation of his dead wife.

"Dracula" stars Jonathan Rhys Meyers, Oliver Jackson-Cohen, Jessica De Gouw, Thomas Kretschmann, Katie McGrath and Nonso Anozie. Check out the trailer below!
