Even though Kathleen Kennedy left “dinosaurs for Tie Fighters” the JURASSIC PARK 4 train keeps on moving. Steven Spielberg is still producing, and Rick Jaffa and Amanda Silver (RISE OF THE PLANET OF THE APES) are attached as the scribes.
When it comes to plot, we still don’t have anything. We are also left to speculate who will be cast in this thing, or if any cast members of the past films will be signing on. IFC recently spoke with Laura Dern who played Dr. Ellie Sattler. Does she know if her character will return?
“I know a little and it’s been ever-changing. It’s been evolving for many years as Steven has been considering it so that’s all I can say right now. But very excited about the original ‘Jurassic Park’ coming out in 3D this summer. I’m going to see it soon, which will be very interesting.”
