IMAX teaser for It: Chapter 2 teases more blood and fangs for your buck

The upcoming IT: CHAPTER TWO will be bigger, scarier, bloodier and certainly longer than its predecessor, and all those intense scares will be even more terrifying with Pennywise (Bill Skarsgard) projected onto an IMAX screen. A new teaser for the movie has dropped and means to get audiences excited about the prospect of seeing the unnerving clown on the largest screen they can find, because we all know the only thing that gets rid of nightmares is to face them head-on on a 55-foot screen with impeccable surround sound.

The short teaser doesn’t provide a ton of new footage, but it does feature an ominous voiceover from an adult Mike Hanlon (Isaiah Mustafa), who warns that even if you’re through with the past, sometimes the past isn’t through with you…especially if that past is a demon clown that eats children. Speaking of eating children, the final moment of the teaser offers the scariest glimpse at the returning Pennywise yet, his massive teeth lunging toward a victim.

We're less than a month away from the finale to the IT two-parter, and our own Paul Shirey was on-hand to check out the "It: Chapter Two Experience" in Hollywood. The Derry-themed haunted house experience found our dear compatriot trapped in a series of freaky scenarios, only to lose it when Pennywise leaped out from the shadows. You can watch that whole experience in the video coverage here!
