It looks like the online horror movie is rapidly moving up the ranks in our genre. Hell, even I came up with a treatment for one which is currently in a horror film contest (click here to vote). Okay, sorry about the self-plug. Now, back to this latest computer-related scare-fest. It’s called IMURDERS and you can simply move your mouse southward to have a look at the plot:
A mysterious love triangle leads to a tragic shooting. Months later, eight members of a Myspace-esque chat room are being gruesomely murdered in the privacy of their own homes.
Sounds pretty cool (and somewhat similar to my treatment, but not exactly). For an even more in-depth look at IMURDERS and its various characters, you can click on the link below. I’ve gotta say, this flick certainly features a large list of heavy-hitters. Just take a look! You’re getting Tony Todd, William Forsythe (who I’ve met and is a super nice guy), Gabrielle Anwar (below), Charles Durning, and Billy Dee Williams, as well as Terri Colombino, Frank Grillo, Dan Grimaldi, Frank Grillo, Miranda Kwok, and Brooke Lewis. IMURDERS was directed by Robbie Bryan who co-wrote the script with Ken Del Vecchio. You can check out its official website here.
