Richard Kelly’s THE BOX is now available to own on Blu-ray and DVD (in combo pack, no less), and if you’re on the fence as to whether or not you want to dive into this magnificent film, the boys at Dread Central have acquired a clip from one of the discs’ Special Features in hopes to sway your minds.
The clip features original short story author and all around writing legend Richard Matheson as he talks about writing the short story of THE BOX and other such things. If you’re a fan of Matheson, you should definitely check this out, as it allows for some insight into the man who has written some of the greatest sci-fi/horror stories ever written.
I’m a recent supporter of THE BOX now that it’s available on Blu-ray, and I suggest you become one too. Talk about the ultimate mindf*ck from the dude who brought us DONNIE DARKO.
