Now that’s one ugly ass poster! The creepy sci-fi/horror flick PANDORUM has had a pretty good run of posters thus far – at least here in the States – but this international one-sheet is really bad. If I didn’t know any better (and I usually don’t), I’d say this was for the DVD box art. Reminds me of the cruddy posters I used to see at my local video store. Remember those..?
Nevertheless, PANDORUM looks like a pretty good time at the movies – let’s hope the multiple release date changes aren’t indicators of a turd. It currently has a SEPTEMBER 25th release planned.
Two astronauts awaken in a hyper-sleep chamber aboard a seemingly abandoned spacecraft. It’s pitch black, they are disoriented, and the only sound is a low rumble and creak from the belly of the ship. They can’t remember anything: Who are they? What is their mission?
With Lt. Payton (Dennis Quaid) staying behind to guide him via radio transmitter, Cpl. Bower (Ben Foster) ventures deep into the ship and begins to uncover a terrifying reality. Slowly the spacecraft’s shocking, deadly secrets are revealed…and the astronauts find their own survival is more important than they could ever have imagined.
