A brand new Japanese poster for SHUTTER ISLAND is now online, featuring a really long tag line, the image of the freaky island itself, and no sign of Leonardo DiCarpio in sight!
Not sure the reasoning for taking out DiCarprio’s giant mug, but keeping the focus on the island sure does give the poster a more eerie feel to it. I caught the trailer again over the weekend, and holy hell… I was blown away again! Director Martin Scorsese needs to direct more moody genre flicks like this…
