Y’all get a look at those hidden images in the SUPER 8 trailer we showed you yesterday? How good a look?!?
More specifically, the website we directed you to last night, s8editingroom.com, featured a trio of short black and white clips showing some scientists fooling around in a laboratory. Not sure if you got a chance to scope it out, or even how well you dissected said clips, but they may have revealed even more juicy tidbits about the film: the monsters!
Thanks to Latino Review, a few screen caps from the clips have been posted, and they appear to include something resembling a translucent ball of goo, which may or may not be the rudimentary form of the beasty to be shown in the film. Check it out and see if you buy into it…
With definitive answers coming June 10th, SUPER 8 picks up: In the summer of 1979, where a group of friends in a small Ohio town witness catastrophic train crash while making a super 8 movie and soon suspect that it was not an accident. Shortly after, unusual disappearances and inexplicable events begin to take place in town, and the local Deputy tries to uncover the truth – something more terrifying than any of them could have imagined.
