We’ve gotten a good look at Henry Cavill as the new Superman, expecially after last week’s Empire cover, but we’re still getting subtle teases of everyone else, including Amy Adams as our new red-haired Lois Lane. Desde Hollywood is running the below image of Adams and claiming it is an official WB image. That may be, but without confirmation who can say? Adams, wielding an iPad and wearing some sort of lanyard is indicative of a news reporter, so it certainly adds up. I guess the only questionable thing is why the photo is in black and white?
For whatever reason, be it creative choice or simply because the pic was “lifted” from somewhere, it’s likely the genuine article in that it is, in fact, Amy Adams as Lois Lane in MAN OF STEEL. Whatever the case, I’m looking forward to seeing Adams portrayal of the character. I think she’s got the right amount of tenacity, wit, and smarts to pull off Supes love interest with the greatest of ease.
