Jackass Forever has yet to debut in theaters, but members of the Jackass crew are already teasing a follow-up to the highly-anticipated sequel. Alright, maybe follow-up isn’t the right way to describe this thing. Essentially, when Jackass Forever arrives on the home market, it will do so as Jackass 4.5. This version of the feature comes with plenty of extras and deleted scenes.
While speaking with Screen Rant, Johnny Knoxville and Jeff Tremaine (who also directed) confirmed that Jackass 4.5 “is coming.” Knoxville added, “It’s stacked” and “you’re going to like it.”
Jackass Forever is already overflowing with wild stunts performed by the cast. Some outrageous scenarios include an encounter with a hungry bear, being shot out of a canon, getting punched in the junk by a heavyweight, and French kissing a live taser. I would love to know what made it to the cutting room floor and what kind of stunts are in Jackass 4.5.
After experiencing several delays due to the pandemic, Jackass Forever will debut in theaters on February 4, 2022.
