All aboard the pain train, ladies and gentlemen! A new Jackass Forever featurette is here, and it wants to introduce you to the latest members of the Jackass collective. Celebrating the joy of being back together with your best friends and a perfectly executed shot to the dingdong, the original jackass crew return for another round of hilarious, wildly absurd, and often dangerous displays of comedy with a little help from some exciting new cast.

The new Jackass Forever featurette introduces the latest members of the team: Jasper, Rachel Wolfson, Sean “Poopies” McInerney, Zach Holmes, and Eric Manaka. Before they were putting their lives at risk for the sake of comedy, fame, and a unique endorphin rush that varies from stunt to stunt, each new member dreamed about one day being tortured by original members of the Jackass crew.

“It made me laugh so hard, and I’m literally seeing childhood heroes of mine come to life,” Wolfson says in the featurette, who in the promo touches her tongue to an active taser. “My mind is blown.”

Jackass Forever feels like a passing of the torch as new members of the team are subjected to some of the wildest stunts Jackass has ever performed. I’m talking about flying face-first at high speeds into a cactus patch, being bitten on the nose by a Texas Rat Snake, trashing an unsuspecting furniture store, and getting stung on the lip by a live scorpion. You couldn’t pay me enough money to join the Jackass team for the types of shenanigans they get up to, but some people have aspired to be hurt by the team since their early teens. All the power to them, I say. Better you than me.

Jackass Forever is directed by Jeff Tremaine, who also produces with Spike Jonze and Johnny Knoxville. Shanna Zablow Newton and Greg Iguchi executive produce. The film also stars Johnny Knoxville, Steve-O, Chris Pontius, Dave England, Wee Man, Danger Ehren, and Preston Lacy. After several delays due to the pandemic, Jackass Forever is supposed to open in theaters on February 4, 2022, but we’ll see what the Omicron variant has to say about that, won’t we?

In addition to the new Jackass Forever featurette, Paramount Pictures released several new posters featuring the newest members of the Jackass collective.
