Jane Punishes Boy?

Here’s one for the rumor-mill: Bloody-Disgusting got wind that PUNISHER Thomas Jane might be up for a part in the US remake of Park Chan-wook’s OLD BOY (see the Arrow’s review of the original HERE).



Jane was apparently spotted checkin’ the film out this weekend at his local movie theater. Was he looking for a new role… or out to enjoy one of the best pictures of the year? Hard to tell at this point… could be a truckload of B.S., but then again… maybe not.

If Jane’s offered any role in the remake, it’d be stupid of him to say no, especially after the mediocre response to THE PUNISHER. OLD BOY is set
to be directed by Justin Lin (BETTER LUCK TOMORROW). We’ll keep you updated, either to blow this rumor out of the water… or to confirm it…
