Artist View Entertainment’s CLOSED FOR THE SEASON will be released on DVD, video-on-demand and digital outlets on August 23 via MTI Home Video. The cover art and special features have not been revealed yet, but we’ll let you know when they are.
CLOSED FOR THE SEASON tells the story of Kristy, who finds herself trapped inside a decaying, abandoned amusement park, with James, son of the park’s caretakers. The pair finds themselves being tormented by a mysterious carny and the long discarded and decrepit attractions of the park.
The picture is written and directed by Jay Woelfel (GHOST LAKE). Aimee Brooks (below, CRITTERS 3), Damian Maffei and Joe Unger (A NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET) star. It was filmed on location at an actual abandoned amusement park.
