At the moment, the idea is for Victor Salva to write and produce, and for someone else to come in and helm, but nothing is set in stone yet. The article also mentions that the flick will fly straight to DVD, which doesn’t make this rumor sound so crazy. The franchise has worn out its theatrical stay, but if there are two friggin’ PULSE movies invading video shelves soon, why wouldn’t there be room for the Creeper?
Personally I don’t think the first 2 are all that good, but whatever keeps Victor Salva off of our streets is positive news for everyone.
