Jeepers Creepers director Victor Salva lines up Rosewood Lane next

Do you guys remember hearing about a flick called ROSEWOOD LANE? No worries if you don’t, our last update on this shindig came way back in November 2009. Sometimes I can’t remember what I had for breakfast. so don’t worry if you don’t remember this one, I’m about to catch you up!

Word has it director Victor Salva is finally moving forward with the project. The filmmaker has secured all the funding he needs for the picture and has locked in a March start date in Los Angeles. Good news right? We shall see.. Scope out the synopsis for ROSEWOOD LANE:

A radio talk show therapist moves back to her childhood home when her alcoholic father dies. But upon arrival, she discovers the neighborhood is terrified of the local paperboy.

She thinks this is ridiculous, until she encounters the boy himself, and learns the hard way, that he is a cunning and dangerous sociopath, who may have killed her father and even others. When he starts to exhibit abnormal abilities, she starts to doubt her own sanity and the boy begins waging a war of terror on her.

Back in 2009 this shite was set up with Gina Phillips and Ray Wise set to star. Now there’s no telling if this is still the case but if it is Phillips (below) is expected to star as the talk show therapist.

You can bet we’ll be on the lookout for more on ROSEWOOD LANE, like some official casting, as we await it’s March start date so be sure to check back soon for updates!
