Jurassic World 2 director JA Bayona gets ready for the journey of production

I remember getting dragged, kicking and screaming, to see JURASSIC WORLD. Well, dragged might be a strong word. I remember being forcibly asked to go see JURASSIC WORLD, while kicking and screaming. It's not that I thought the flick looked bad (which it kinda did), but I love the original JURASSIC PARK so much that I felt I couldn't take another sub-par sequel. Just leave me and the "Park" alone!

Then I remember sitting in the theater pleasantly (slightly) surprised at the sense of fun and wonder the sequel offered. Not bad, new filmmakers, not bad… But 'meh.' And then…

"We need more teeth." Cut to: Bryce Dallas Hotward's (oops, Howard's) face in slow-motion. THEN… "Open Paddock Nine."

That sh*t still gets me after all these years (months? It's only been months? whoa). After that now beloved sequence ended, I was a JURASSIC WORLD fan. Signed and sealed. Sure, it has its boring parts (endless action can sometimes be boring af) and its issues (haven't we learned by now, kids are poision to JURASSIC movies), but, come on, after throwing THIS GUY back into the mix, how could you NOT love the flick?

Well, JURASSIC WORLD 2 director JA Bayona is getting excited himself to start production on the sequel and took to Twitter to release a "tease" for the start of production.

JURASSIC WORLD 2 is set to be released into the wild on June 22, 2018 and I for one know I'll be there. Let's just hope for a sequence where they say, "We need more hair!" ,"Open Paddock Ten!" and out a-stompin' comes Jeff fu*king Goldblum. I'd die happy.

"Bryce Dallas" sounds like the greatest quarterback that never lived.
