Whoo boy. Did you all get a chance to see the 2 1/2 minute Kong trailer last night? If not, you can check it out here. I’ve gotta say I’m seriously concerned about this big freakin’ ape now.
The cast looks stellar, the film is clearly going to be well made, but good God the CGI was worse than THE HULK. At least that big green mofo was set in modern day and the CGI blended in a little bit. I can only hope they plan to clean it all up and incorporate the CGI a whole lot better when this bad boy hits the big screen. Last night’s trailer had the look of a cartoon when the beasts came into play.

Good luck guys. Love the cast, love the director, but I think they made a colossal mistake with the trailer last evening.
