According to The Hollywood Reporter, Kunis is now signed up to star opposite Portman in the film, which goes a little something like this: a veteran ballerina (Portman) finds herself locked in a competitive situation with a rival dancer (Kunis), with the stakes and twists increasing as the dancers approach a big performance. But it’s unclear whether the rival is a supernatural apparition or if the protagonist is simply having delusions.
I have to admit… I don’t like movies with dancing in it unless we’re talking strippers, but it’s coming from Aronofsky and is going to star Portman and Kunis. Hell, that combination alone would make me want to watch just about anything.Bring it!
BLACK SWAN is set to start filming in New York later this fall.
