Latest Hannibal promo serves up 2 minutes of terror

We've been seeing a lot of promo material for the second season of NBC's "Hannibal" come our way in anticipation of its return on February 28, and today we have a delicious 2-minute look at the season ahead for ya to chew into below. I don't know about you, but I'm stoked for the return of "Hannibal" and am ready to dive right into the main course.

Season 2 begins with an episode titled 'Kaiseki', and we've got the synopsis for ya below, followed by the new 2-minute promo.

With Will still in custody for the murder of Abigail, Dr. Lecter steps in to help when bodies wash up on a riverbank. The big question is whether or not Dr. Bloom will be able to help Will regain his memories.

The series stars Hugh Dancy as expert criminal profiler Will Graham, who has a unique ability to peer into the mind of serial killers. Mads Mikkelsen stars as Dr. Hannibal Lecter, a psychiatrist who is helping with the cases… also a serial killer himself. Laurence Fishburne stars as Jack Crawford, the head of the FBI's Behavioral Science Unit. Gillian Anderson, Scott Thompson, Lara Jean Chorostecki, Caroline Dhavernas and Hettienne Park also co-star.

"Hannibal" returns on February 28 at 10 p.m. ET/PT.
