Legendary Patrol

Another day rolls by, another day for a totally ambiguous project to be greenlit–a project we can only sit and speculate about, and hope that it turns out to be awesome in th end.

Variety announced this morning that Legendary Pictures is developing a “cross platform launch” of THE LOST PATROL, written by Andrew Hinton and set to be rewritten by Matt Cirulnick. LOST PATROL, eh? What info have they dropped on this LOST PATROL? Only that it’s a supernatural thriller, which is usually right up our alley, but at this point… who can tell???

By “cross platform,” they basically mean they’ll produce content for THE LOST PATROL for other, non-traditional media outlets such as the Internet, cell phones, and even video games. Yep, they’re really thinking outside the box with this one…
